Employee Handbook Blog

Employee Handbooks (sometimes called Personnel Manuals) are one of the things I have focused on a lot in my 25 years as an employment attorney. I have helped many employers draft their employee handbooks, and have compiled a library of employment policies that can be used as a basis for employee handbooks, making changes as needed to tailor them to the employer’s particular needs and circumstances.
